Cat Tate Starmer is an artist, a theatrical and architectural lighting designer and an activist. Theatre credits include Off-Broadway and Regional theatres across the country. She has designed restaurants, casinos and hotels, but one of her favorite architectural projects is Plaza 33, a pop-up pedestrian park outside Penn Station.
Most recently she has been creating immersive lighting installations that reflect her passion for championing social and political causes that promote inclusitivuty and equality.
