Cat Tate Starmer is a theatrical and architectural lighting designer, artist and activist. She has designed lighting Off-Broadway and in Regional theatres across the country. Her architectural projects include restaurants, casinos and hotels and one of her favorites: Plaza 33, a pop-up pedestrian park outside Penn Station in NYC.
Most recently she has been creating immersive lighting installations that reflect her passion for championing social and political causes that promote inclusivity and equality.
